THENOVA

The THENOVA(Theater-based training for supporting innovations in enterprises) project is implemented by PAIZ Konsulting together with Partners from Germany, Austria, Greece and Poland. The aim of the project, implemented in the years 2020-2023, is to develop the competences of trainers working for SMEs in the field of designing and conducting training using theatrical techniques.

PROJECT RESULTS:

On April 17, 2023, PAIZ Consulting, as part of an event disseminating the results of the Thenova project, conducted very interesting workshops: THENOVA – the use of theater techniques in training and development.
As part of the meeting, proposals of exercises taken from theater practice to be used in the work of a trainer/mentor were presented. All participants really enjoyed the meeting, thanks to which they can apply theatrical techniques in their organizations. The enthusiastic meeting encouraged the participants to familiarize themselves with the films and results of the Thenova project.
