REMOWA

The REMOWA (Remote working management skills for HR professionals) project is carried out by PAIZ Konsulting together with Partners from Germany, Portugal and Poland. The aim of the project, implemented in the years 2020-2023, is to create an online course and tools for managers, increasing their competences in the field of remote work management. Project results:

1.Research-based learning objectives in remote work management skills for HR professionals.

2. Structure of the curriculum (syllabus) learning and assessment materials, educational game, trainer’s manual with guidelines on how to use them in training programs.

3. Educational materials in the form of open educational resources (OER), developed in 7 European languages: English, Polish, French, Portuguese, Greek, Croatian and Slovenian.

4. Developing and testing a massive open online course (MOOC).

5.A set of tools to help manage remote working, including a self-assessment tool, best practice guide, protocols, guidelines and checklists to facilitate remote working practices and processes.

6. Organization of events in Partner countries to promote the results of the Remowa project and to strengthen cooperation with relevant institutions and organizations.
