Leadership competencies as a standard for all employees in the company

Client: International pharmaceutical company
The purpose of the project:

Transition "from Good to Great" in the area of employee management and development, e.g. by introducing the concept of agility, lean management, increasing employee engagement and talent management

Results:

The awareness of the importance of leadership competencies for building a new organizational culture in each of the 6 improved areas has increased; employees began to understand and apply at work the behaviors and skills improved during the training.

Solutions:

Designing and conducting training and workshops on skills building 6 areas of leadership competence for all employees in the company.
