Ian Christmas

For almost 30 years I have been conducting trainings and workshops as well as consulting in the field of management. For 14 years I worked at Kodak, where I was responsible for improving the quality, efficiency of work and human resource management processes. Then I was a consultant at Price Waterhouse Management Consultants, until I finally decided to set up my own company. Now I work with companies in Eastern Europe, Western Europe, Japan, India and the Middle East. My role is to provide companies with processes that support the development of organizational culture, management and development of human resources. Example projects: facilitation of the process of creating a corporate strategy; facilitation and design of a performance management system at the corporate and individual level; analysis of organizational culture and identifying areas of greatest sensitivity in the company, and then developing plans to eliminate weak points; building a human resources strategy as one of the company's assets. The training courses cover the following groups of topics: managing yourself, managing others, managing performance, managing customer relations, managing your company and managing the future. My passion is digital photography.
