Joanna Bartyzel

I have been associated with the Institute since 2000. During this time, we have completed many ambitious projects together, working for large and medium-sized companies from almost all industries and sectors.

The biggest challenge is for me
- live by the motto "It's not hard to race with others. The trick is to outdo yourself."
- keep a balance between living in time and across time (i.e. how much control, how much freestyle),
- currently - work on gamifying education and GBL, i.e. the idea of combining homo economicus and homo ludens.

Experience:
Life is an experience, so I have a lot of it ;-). For over a quarter of a century, I have been gaining professional experience by checking various paths. I have experience in the roles of: office employee, president of the company, head of the project team in the non-profit sector, academic worker, business trainer. I specialize in projects of comprehensive development solutions, including consulting, design, training and coaching. I conduct trainings in the field of negotiation, conflict resolution, influencing, the art of presentation, communication, team building, train the trainers. I have carried out projects, among others, for such clients as: PZU SA, Dresdner Bank, Lafarge, Inchcape Motor Polska, Kolporter, Jutrzenka, Cezex, TP S.A., Ecolab, Axa, Cisco, Oracle, PM Group, Orbis Casino, Media Markt, Bahlsen, Polbita, Astra Zeneca, Biomed, ZETO. I conduct copyright and licensing training. I am one of three trainers licensed in Poland by Wilson Learning, a leader in the training industry for 50 years. For Wilson Learning clients, I implement the following topics: Negotiating to Yes (original program under the auspices of William Ury, a world authority in the field of negotiation), Counselor Salesperson, BRV, The Leader-Manager. I also have a Barnes & Conti license for the implementation of Managing Innovation, Intelligent Risk Taking and Exercising Influence training. The greatest satisfaction in this work brings me the moments when we achieve a win-win-win situation: the client who achieves the assumed results wins, the participants of the training who achieve their development goals win, and we, as the implementers, win by implementing another good project.
Who I would like to meet in person: Zygmunt Bauman, Ryszard Kapuściński and Wisława Szymborska.

"A competent trainer who is able to pass on knowledge and gives a kick to action", "Warm comments of the host make the participant develop, not block"
*Quotes come from anonymous surveys completed by participants at the end of the training; are the answer to the question "What do you think is most valuable in this training?"
