Katarzyna Mitrut

I have been with PAIZ for almost 20 years, I am one of the founders of the company.

The biggest challenge is for me
- enjoy what is
- be moderate in persuading the other party to what I think is best for them,
- convince the client to invest in a solution that will actually bring change, not just training.

Experience:
I am constantly gaining them - I am constantly expanding my horizons and my way of looking at the world professionally and outside of work; my professional roles are: trainer, supervisor, designer of education through gamification, consultant for increasing the effectiveness of educational projects, co-owner of the company, managing partner, quality representative.
Since 1993, I have been preparing and conducting copyright and licensing trainings and workshops; I am a certified Barnes & Conti and a licensed facilitator and master trainer of the training giant, Wilson Learning.
I am an advocate of activities that go beyond educational situations and help to implement the knowledge and skills acquired during training - I use The Innovator methodology and gamification.
My clients include companies from various industries: pharmaceutical (Astra Zeneca, Covance, Easthorn, BIOMED), hospital hygiene (ECOLAB), construction (UNIBEP, PM Group, Lafarge, Cersanit), retail (Leroy Merlin, Media Markt), services financial and insurance (PZU SA, AXA, Euler Hermes), entertainment (ZenithOptimedia).

I measure my success at work by the changes my clients make in their lives.

Who would I like to meet in person?
Wisława Szymborska, Władysław Bartoszewski, Jan Kobuszewski, Urszula Dudziak.

"Adjusting the training course to the group", "Professionalism of the trainer in transferring knowledge", "Atmosphere, the way of transferring knowledge"
The quotes come from anonymous surveys completed by participants at the end of the training; are the answer to the question "What do you think is most valuable in this training?"
